Open Course participants: Name, gender, position, organisation, email (both work and personal if possible), Skype contact (if available), work phone, mobile number, your responsibilities, objectives for training, testimonials
Tailor-made participants: Name, organisation, preferred email, testimonials. Other information as above may be collected if mutually agreed
Consultancy contacts: Name, position, organisation, email (both work and personal if possible), Skype contact (if available), work phone, mobile number, testimonials
IMA International staff, facilitators or consultants will collect this information
Open Course participants: You will complete an online form from our website www.imainternational.com or provide us the required information in an email or over the phone. Testimonials are collected during or just after the course usually alongside evaluation responses
Tailor-made participants: You will sign a registration document with name and preferred email contact details during the training. If all participants are from the same organisation then there is no need to collect organisation name detail, if not from the same organisation then it is likely we will ask you to share this with us on the course registration form. Testimonials are collected during or just after the course usually alongside evaluation responses
Consultancy contacts: We will complete a contract information sheet from the information you provide us. Testimonials are collected during or just after the consultancy is completed
Open Course participants: We will use your information to communicate with you before, during and after the course. We will share your information with others on the same course as you unless you do not wish this. With your permission we will share your information with others interested in finding out more about our training courses and/or who live in the same country as you. Testimonials may be displayed in our online (website and/or updates) or printed media (brochure and/or stories of change) content

We will endeavour to remain in contact with you in the future to be sure that you are aware of our current training and consulting offers. For alumni we require your information to confirm that you are automatically eligible for our alumni discounts (15% as of April 2018)
Our collecting of your information is unlikely to cause you to object or complain but if it does then please follow our complaints procedure

Internally, we have a documented process that helps identify preventative measures to avoid complaints in the first place. This procedure follows the following steps:
We are a learning organisation and promise to respond to complaints received and learn from them.
By attending any of our training courses, consultancies and events you give permission to IMA International for the right to use photographs, film and audio recordings taken of yourself, for documentation, educational and promotional purposes.
This content may be shared publically, on our website, social media pages, digital and printed communication, and that of our affiliated partners.
It may be obtained by IMA staff and other participants, who share their footage with us, using various audio-visual recording devices.
Your name, job title and country of work and/or origin may be affiliated with your image.
This content may be edited (within reason), copied, exhibited, published or distributed and the right to inspect or approve the finished products is waived.
Additionally, any right to royalties related to the use of the content is also waived. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
By attending any of these activities you acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understood the above release and agree to be bound thereby. You hereby release any and all claims against any person or organisation utilizing this material for documentation, educational and promotional purposes.
We promise to aim to use the content with respect to you and within the context of which it was taken.
