Leadership and Management in International Development

As the new year advances, we’re looking forward to welcome a new set of people onto our next week long experiential programme on management and leadership (1-5 July in Brighton; 11-15 November in Bangkok) Our Leadership and Management in International Development course is either stand alone, or combined with a 5 day Monitoring and Evaluation for Results course, provides an accreditation in International Development Management. Expect to find lasting connections with new peers, to explore issues relevant to you. And to leave motivated by contemporary models of managing and leading. As added value, you’ll get to explore and keep your own individual leadership profiling report.  And learn a lot about yourself in the safe enquiry and trust that builds on this programme.

One of our recent participants wanted others to know this is no passive, classroom experience…‘The training is a challenging experience. I learned so much about myself and how to operate for more success’ And another said, ‘I learned a lot even after 8 years management and different management and leadership trainings. This is the best training I’ve ever participated in’

In turbulent, uncertain times there’s a compelling call for organisations to grow differently and dynamically. And those in management and leadership roles need to usher in new ways of working and be different from their predecessors.

It’s said that the very best organisations ‘liberate the leader in everyone’ Come and see how!
