This hands-on workshop will expertly guide you through the processes of consutructing and using Logic Models. Logic Models are a visual map of the results chains from high-level goals, through outcomes and outputs to appropriate activities. They help people make sense of the complexity of their organisations and programmes, and identify the key outcomes and outputs that need to be monitored and evaluated.

Logic Models are also effective vehicles for helping outside stakeholders understand the value your organisation or programme creates.
