Working on the £65m Police Reform Programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo, IMA consultants worked across a consortium of partners providing technical input on developing DFID's new logframe and pulling that together in an overarching logical framework for the programme. The logframe will be used as key accountability document as the project moves into its implementation phase from September 2009.
