Anne-Marie Harrison has just completed a short review of the implementation of a new appraisal system. This input included an analysis and recommendations for the future.
Meeting with HR Director to scope project, then within the 4 days reviewed all relevant documents, developed questionnaire, held 7 focus sessions and one individual session to collect views on the implementation and analysed questionnaires completed on line. In all, views of 41 people were gathered. Wrote 12-page report with analysis, examples and recommendations.
