Surrey, UK, June 2011
In June IMA delivered a tailor-made course, entitled: ‘Monitoring and Evaluation in a Results-Based Management Environment', to the Commonwealth Secretariat in the UK. The course was designed and delivered by Patrick Spaven (IMA) and Evelyn Ogwal (Commonwealth Secretariat). The course is a key component in an integrated programme of internal capacity building in preparation for a new stage in the development of the Secretariat's Results-Based Management (RBM) System.
The course enhanced the participants understanding of organisation-level RBM and how project-level activity should relate to it. It also developed their ability to identify, design, plan, monitor and evaluate their projects. Then course lasted four days and was delivered to 19 participants.
