IMA designed a project implementation course which fitted into the Project Cycle Management approach that FASID have been successfully promoting.
Outline of the programme: The course was part of a series of three courses that included " Participatory Planning" and " Monitoring and Evaluation". The course included the development of a number of specially designed case studies and exercises. A 140 page workbook was written to accompany the course. The workbook contained a full set of reference materials for use by each participant.
