IMA designed this course to cover planning and managing water and sanitation programmes for the British Council managed TCT project.
The participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences with other local actors in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector. They were also able to apply the Project Cycle Principles to Programme Activities and practice using project planning tools. The 2 week course examined Management Methods to enhance the efficiency of the participant’s projects. Participants at the end of the programme presented a proposal for how working relationships and methodologies in their area could be improved
