Kuala Lumpur, June 2010
The Organisational Leadership course this year was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A mixture of in classroom learning and practical application of knowledge through studies and role play enabled participants to share their knowledge and practical experience gathered from their impressive experience in their respective sectors.
A field trip to explore leadership in a different environment enabled participants to gather examples of best practise, and tailor them through their action plans to bring back to their own organisations. A fruitful learning experience was had by all!
