IMA International has been working with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Nigeria to support their development of a strategic planning and performance management system in the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission, a West African regional integration organisation in Abuja.
IMA provided two Capacity Development and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists to this project in August this year. The consultants conducted an Organisational Needs Assessment which led to the development of a Capacity Development Plan. The consultants also worked with the client to develop indicators for the Mid-term Action Plan (MTAP) of the 23 Directorates that make up the Commission.
This work is the first step in IMA's support to the development of an integrated results-based management system in this regional organisation.
