Monitoring and Evaluation, September scheduled Course

Our popular M&E course identifies the key elements needed to develop, maintain and implement an effective M&E plan at project level. The most recent version was run during the second half of September at our new sea-front city-centre location in Brighton, England. 21 representatives, drawn from nine different countries, took part, with backgrounds ranging from UN agencies, through national government departments and NGOs, to the private sector.

A variety of methods was used, including video, role play, simulation exercises, an extended case, a study visit, and a concluding seminar where participants applied what they had learnt to an aspect of their own experience. Coupled with a social programme with bowling, a walking tour of central London, and closing dinner, this made for a very lively, enjoyable and productive fortnight. The course will be run again in Brighton and other locations around the world several times over the coming months. We hope you will be able to join us.
