The purpose of the workshop was to facilitate discussion around the merger of the Operations Team and the Reintegration team working on IOM's Voluntary Assisted Returns and Reintegration Programme (VARRP).
Outline of the programme: 16 personnel from IOM attended this one-day workshop and covered the following themes:
Reaffirming the organisational value
A natural response to change - some thoughts
Questionnaire feedback to identify and agree key themes for small group discussion, followed by small group working on agreed themes
Informal presentations and discussion on proposals
Next steps identified
