The Brooke’s M&E officer and IMA international facilitated a workshop on ensuring the organisation understood the process of developing Results Based M&E system for Brooke. The week focused particularly on reviewing The Brooke key success area’s on which the M&E system would be built.
The workshop resulted in setting out a roadmap of key issues and challenges for the Organisational Development and M&E officer to take forward. The workshop involved staff from different departments, fundraising to programme, and country offices representatives
