IMA International has signed a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of external training services to The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The LTA has been made for the occasional provision of professional services through qualified consultants employed by IMA. The contract duration is three years.
IMA will provide services in the following areas:
1. Assessment a) Assessment of potentials, b) Assessment of Managers, c) 360 degree Evaluation, d) Internal surveys (e.g. organisational climate, internal client survey)
2. Development a) Leadership development, b) Managerial training (e.g. visioning, strategic thinking, system thinking/dynamics, appreciative leadership, leading with emotional intelligence, people management, coaching staff, negotiating, conflict management, building partnerships, change management, managing cultural differences, constructive feedback and communication.),

3. Executive Coaching
4. Improving ongoing working skills a) Time management, b) Project management, c) Presentation skills, d) Writing skills (e.g. plain English writing), e) Meeting management, f) Stress management, g) Performance management, h) Media training, i) Netiquette
