Working on a DFID Police Reform Programme in Democratic Republic of Congo, IMA consultants Shaun Hext and Catherine Lowery in partnership with GRM provided technical advice on the new DFID logical framework from May through to June during the project design phase. The security sector reform programme is working with the Congolese police to improve the level of public safety for its citizens. In 2010, IMA will continue to work with the implementing partners provided support on setting up M&E systems to monitor the progress of the programme.
