IMA International was in Rwanda recently with a large UNagency working on their internal coherence and partnerships. The 3 day course facilitated by Ciaran beary,Nathalie Van Der Plancke and Linzi Moore, saw local partners invited in andtaken through a series of participative exercises together with the group, whichsupported a process of self-refection and predictive performance management.
