Outline of the programme: The courses were designed to develop each participant as a competent trainer able to critically self evaluate his/her performance. Quality and professionalism were stressed and worked towards. Participants were given the skills required to undertake a Training Needs Analysis to identify correctly, training needs and then to develop appropriate training solutions to meet the identified need. Each participant left the workshop with a good knowledge of a full range of training methods and the ability to select methods to meet a particular need.
