The Centre for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) REDD Global Comparative Analysis Project in Indonesia requested that IMA International assist its scientists and researchers to review and revise their Medium-term Work Plan (MTWP), improve coordination between their projects, and support the development of project work schedules. These areas were prioritised given the nature of the work each organisation does and their respective up-coming agendas for development in Ethiopia. We spent the rest of the week exploring communication, motivation, coaching skills, teambuilding, accountability and the dynamics of conflict.
